Versus a kitchen remodel which can cost twice as much and can take up to 6 months. I can’t tell you how many times my clients have called my to tell me ' what a great difference our windows have made in their home in just one day "

Tom started as a small company where he went out to people’s homes to inform them of the different types and styles of windows. He then ordered the windows and he along with his long time friend and contractor installed the windows in the family’s homes. Within a very short time because of Tom’s quality of service and windows, his phone was ringing off the hook with referrals. He then added another window representative who had over 10 years experience in the window industry. He has a strong believed in the quality of how the windows are installed, thus starts the very special way Tom trains each and every window installer that he employs. A few years later, not only was Tom one of the top window specialists in the bay area for people’s homes, but the word had spread to apartment owners and managers. Today Tom From owns one of the leading window installation companies for homes and well as apartments complexes in the bay area.

"My Career in construction starts with my grandfather who owned his own construction company. I guess it runs in the From family bloodline. I started working in construction my senior year in high school and thru graduation from West Virginia University where I obtained a degree in business, it was only natural that some day I would own my own construction company. One of the most important lessons I learned in life was customer service. I believe “No one cares what you know until they know how much you care”. I never really believed in advertisement so I know the value of good service treating my current clients well always resulted in lots of referrals. Shortly after graduating I built my own home in Colorado. Not wanting to with stand a snowy winter and being given the opportunity to run a large construction company in California I jumped at the chance to get out of the snow and get into the sunshine. I ran 10 to15 crews for over 4 years, people were driven hard, the company cared about profit and not people (That’s what can happen when you work for a large company) large companies focus on quantity and not quality, this was against all my belief systems and knew it was time for me to go. Thus lead me to the next phase in my life. My partner and I opened our own construction company building homes; it was wonderful to be back in business for my self. Being able to devote my time and energy to quality workmanship and customer service. The things I believe most in. My partner wanted to continue building homes and I wanted to focus on what I felt was the most important part of a home, the windows.
