They did an incredible job, from beginning to end Tom came to my house and talked me through all of my options, they gave me an accurate quote, answered my many questions, came and did the job within the time frame promised, and checked in with me about their progress along the way. The one particularly special aspect of their work is that they were very careful to contain the lead paint: they covered everything in the room (including tall bookcases) and used a HEPA-vacuum when they were done.
